Final Fantasy XV Has Gone Gold

It’s a sentence fans of the franchise have been waiting to hear for what seems like forever. Today, Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy XV has gone Gold ahead of its scheduled release on November 29 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. To celebrate this occasion, a new CG cinematic trailer titled “Omen” has been released. Today, Sony Interactive Entertainment has released a behind the scenes video showcasing the creation of The Last Guardian’s music and sound effects. Steep Open Beta Weekend Announced

Ubisoft has announced plans for an open beta weekend for their upcoming game, Steep. Scheduled to have two beta phases, one will be an early access beta weekend that runs from November 10 to November 14. The other, an open beta weekend, will be from November 18 to November 21. Both phases will be on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Steep is currently scheduled to be released on those three platforms on December 2. Sora to Appear in World of Final Fantasy

Square Enix has announced today that Sora, star of the Kingdom Hearts series, will be given an adorable makeover and be released as a free DLC Summon for World of Final Fantasy sometime this winter. To commemorate the release of Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue on January 24, 2017, Sora will be appearing in his Dream Drop Distance outfit. Sega has released a new video, looking at one of the characters that stars in their upcoming release, Yakuza 0. Fans of the series should be very familiar with Goro Majima, who is traditionally very unhinged.
