A large scale concert focused on the Persona series of games will be taking place on August 2 from Yokohama Arena in Yokohama, Japan. Why is this exciting, you might ask? Simple. Last month, Shoji Meguro (the main composer behind the Persona franchise) threw a little hint out that said he will be present at the event, and that fans could look forward to announcements at that time.

What type of announcements could happen? If you remember correctly, ATLUS recently registered a bunch of domains for possible future installments. Some of those hint at games such as Persona 3 Dancing, Persona 5 Dancing, Persona 5 Arena Ultimax, and Persona Q: Shadows of the Labyrinth 2. Perhaps we’ll even get a hint at a Persona 5 Golden type of game with new content and additional stuff. I think it’s safe to assume that it’s way too early for a Persona 6 tease, but hopefully that’s coming sometime in the next few years too!

Either way, stick with SuperGen, as we’ll have coverage on any announcements taking place at Persona Super Live P-Sound Bomb 2017 on August 2!
